As an event with a focus on accessibility–especially financial accessibility–and inclusivity, your sponsorship helps allow us to do that! Lanyards

Sponsor the lanyards for the festival and have your name or logo branded on every badge lanyard for authors, vendors, assistants, attendees, volunteers, and staff.

Add on Event

Sponsor our optional Friday Night add on event and have your logo or name promoted on all signage and promo association with the event.

Major Sponsor

Be listed as a Major Sponsor on the home page of the website, with your name or logo highlighted prominently. If you are an attending author or vendor, have yourself listed as a Major Sponsor on the author/vendor pages and whenever promoted for the event.

Promotional Signs

Sponsor the informational signs for the festival, and have your logo or name displayed on every informational sign used throughout the hotel for the festival.

Goodie Bags

Sponsor our goodie bags and have your logo branded on the tote bag given out to attendees, authors, vendors, and assistants.

Night Event

Sponsor our night event and have your logo or name promoted on all signage and promo association with the event.

Goodie Bag Item Donations

Donate 200-300 items to be included in the goodie bags being given to attendees, authors, vendors, and assistants. Be listed on our website as a merch sponsor.
