We do not offer refunds for ticket sales. If you are no longer able to attend and wish to sell your ticket, you will be able to transfer or resell your ticket through a secure channel to come once tickets are on sale.

If you require ADA assistance at the festival, please contact us through our website, or at hello@fallintobooksfest.com. Happily Ever Accessible @HappilyEverAcessible will be our Disability Coordinators, and will be available to help with any ADA needs or concerns.

Hotel Guests will get a discount and pay $25 every 24hrs for overnight parking. Non hotel guests parking for the day will pay a discounted rate of $10 per day.

Yes! There are many hotels within near by distance to the Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa, a more thorough list is to come.

There is no age restriction for the festival. Children ages 3 and under do not need a ticket. Anyone 4 and above will need their own ticket.  

Please be aware that there are both Young Adult and Adult authors at this festival, and some paneling and books, as well as merchandise sold from vendors, will be for mature audiences.

While masks are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. We just ask that everyone who is able to wear a mask does so, to help us make our event a safer space for our immunocompromised friends! Masks will be available sat the registration desk for anyone who wants/needs one.

At Fall Into Books Fest we do not allow generative AI, or any author or vendor that uses AI in their books, products, or marketing. We believe that AI is unethical, as it steals from human artists, and causes severe damage to our environment. For these reasons we have a zero tolerance policy.

Yes! Once it is available, you can access the hotel block here. The rate is $187 per night, plus taxes and fees.

Yes! The hotel has multiple restraints on property, and many more within walking distance, including all the food locations at the walking distance South Coast Plaza Mall.

Around 150 authors will be signing at Fall Into Books Fest

The closest airport is the John Wayne Santa Ana airport, which is 10 minutes from the hotel. There is a free shuttle between the hotel and airport, which runs every 30 minutes. The next closest is the Long Beach airport, which is about a 20-30 minute drive!  Los Angeles International Airport is larger/has more options, but is further away, about 40 minutes to an hour and a half depending on traffic. It is also typically--but not always--more expensive.
